Opening Hours & Admission

We are looking forward to welcome you!

The Castle now offers a mini self-guided tour with access to the Courtyard, Dancing Dolls, Fairytale walk and Model Train display. We are operating our coffee counter and toyshop as usual.

Conditions of Entry due to Covid-19

Upon entry, you will be required to “check in” via a QR code – this is required for COVID Safe tracing. This applies to all visitors to the castle and to our toy shop & cafe.

We ask you to sign in and confirm that you don’t have fever or symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath), you have not returned from overseas in the last 14 days and have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the last 14 days.

We will be enforcing a No BYO Food and Beverage Policy so that managing and maintaining Government restrictions is attainable. Personal water bottles are strongly encouraged and permitted. Currently, our cafe serves take away coffees, soft drinks, milkshakes, hot chips and small packaged snacks only.

Our staff is here to help you enjoy your time with us. This is a very different way of trading for us and we ask that you be patient, kind and reasonable with what we have had to redesign and implement to reopen. This is all new to us and we will continue to change as updates are received and restrictions ease.
